A good lawn care schedule can resemble the following:

Early April: Weed Control.

Late Spring: Fertilize.

Mid Summer: Control insects which diminish lawn health. They chew lawn blades and roots eventually killing lawn.

Fall: Fertilze, core aerate & seed renovate lawn.

Winter: Spread winter fertilzer and broadcast spread highly purified lime

Mow: Cut lawn no shorter than 3″

Water deep but not as frequent. Thw lawn does not need as much irrigation as you think. Too much water can lead to disease.
