Weed control and fertilizer
Weeds are not only an eyesore, but they can choke out your grass by absorbing all the water you give to it. Applying fertilizer to your lawn serves multiple purposes to ensure that it grows green and lush. Fertilizers often have weed killers that help to eliminate invasive weeds while feeding your grass essential nutrients that will strengthen your grass’ roots, which improves absorption. You’ll find that you don’t have nearly as many mud puddles in your yard as bare patches fill in.
Organic-based lawn care
Our lawn-care experts will evaluate your lawn by looking at your soil type, grass species, sun availability, sprinkler configuration, and many more factors and characteristics to determine the proper prescription for your lawn. We’ll use an organic-based fertilizer that can be applied every season of the year. Our formula will help to maintain the proper soil pH to keep your lawn lush and green all year long. We understand that most lawns aren’t the same, so we’ll take into account many aspects of what makes your lawn unique to provide you with the perfect treatment.
Mosquitoes can be a major problem for you and your family. Vector-borne illnesses like Lyme disease or West Nile virus can make you extremely ill but are avoidable by eliminating mosquitoes from your yard. We offer an organic solution that’s typically effective for four weeks but can last longer. Our plan will address the specific needs of your yard and treat trouble areas where mosquitoes will try to hide. You’ll receive six seasonal applications from April through September so you can have a mosquito-free outdoor living space.
Lawn core aeration
It’s the attention to detail that will eventually separate your beautiful lawn from the neighbor across the street. Core aeration is a great way to ensure your lawn is getting the oxygen and nutrients it needs to continue to grow thick and beautiful. Not every lawn needs to be aerated every year. The frequency depends on the type of soil you have and the amount of traffic your grass gets. Those with high-traffic lawns or with thick soil could benefit from annual aeration. Others with sandy soil or whose lawn is continuing to grow well can hold off for every two or three years.
Seed lawn renovation plan
Sometimes your lawn needs a little bit of extra attention to help it reach its full potential. Our team of lawn-care experts can take an in-depth look at your lawn to find out what’s keeping it from getting there. We’ll examine your sprinkler system and make recommendations to ensure optimum coverage. Our lawn core aeration system can be utilized to ensure your grass is getting proper exposure to nutrients and oxygen. We can also mechanically slit your lawn and plan Tall Fescue-type seeds directly into the soil bed, which ensures premium seed-to-soil contact to get the best results in germination. Our lawn renovation plan also includes manual and systemic weed removal because this tedious job goes a long way toward ensuring your lawn is fully healthy.
